Varnish in Cloud Web Hosting
We offer Varnish as an optional upgrade with each cloud web hosting and if you’d like to use it, you can add it to your website hosting account through the Upgrades section in your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. There are two separate things that can be upgraded – the instances and the memory. The first one refers to the number of the websites that you’d like to use Varnish for and the second one, which is offered in increments of 32 MB, indicates the maximum amount of data that the platform can cache at any particular time. The Hepsia Control Panel’s simple-to-use graphical interface will enable you to stop or to restart any instance, to view in-depth logs or to erase the platform’s cache with just one click. For optimal results, you can use a dedicated IP for the websites that will use the caching platform. With Varnish, your website will load much faster, meaning more pleased website visitors and prospective clients.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Servers
The Varnish caching platform is included in the standard set of services that you’ll obtain if you choose to host your sites in a semi-dedicated server account. You can enable it for any of your Internet sites via our next-generation Hepsia hosting Control Panel. The default system memory that the Varnish caching platform can use to cache data is 64 MB, but if you decide that you want more, you can upgrade this amount of memory from the Upgrades section of the Control Panel. You can also upgrade the Varnish instances, in other words – the number of the websites that can use this platform simultaneously. Since these two features aren’t bound to each other, you can use a few websites with the default amount of memory or you can add more memory in increments of 32 MB and use all of it for a single Internet site. The Varnish platform performs best if you set a dedicated IP for the websites that utilize its power. The Hepsia Control Panel will give you an easy way of restarting any instance. On top of that, you will be able to delete the cached contents with only one single click.
Varnish in VPS Servers
You can use Varnish with any of our VPS server plans at no additional cost, as the content caching platform is pre-installed and is included by default. The only prerequisite is that the VPS server must be ordered with the Hepsia Control Panel, through which you will be able to set up Varnish for any of your sites with just a couple of clicks of the mouse. Each package comes with a different amount of system memory for caching purposes, but you’ll get at least several hundred megabytes, which is quite sufficient even for several frequently visited websites. Shortly after you activate the Varnish platform, it’ll start caching the content that your site visitors request, so you will notice the considerably better site loading speeds and the lowered load on the Virtual Private Server very soon. The Varnish platform will allow you to use a less costly virtual machine, as you won’t need that many resources to sustain the uninterrupted operation of your sites even if you’ve got large-sized websites with plenty of visitors. Best results are achieved if the websites that use the Varnish caching platform use also a dedicated IP address.
Varnish in Dedicated Servers
All Linux dedicated servers which are ordered with the in-house developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel come with Varnish, which is among the pre-installed software platforms that you’ll get with the server. The Varnish content caching platform can be set up and managed with no effort via the Hepsia Control Panel’s easy-to-use graphical interface and, with no more than one click, you can view a comprehensive system log, create or restart an instance, delete the cached data for any Internet site and much, much more. Soon after you enable the Varnish platform for a particular domain or subdomain, it will start caching the web pages accessed by your website visitors and as soon as it has cached enough content, you will perceive a tremendously better site performance plus a lowered load on the server. With Varnish-dedicated memory starting at three gigabytes, you’ll be able to use the platform for workload balancing purposes even if you run an immense number of sites on your dedicated machine.
